In contrast to old requirements, my main requirement is: Design a space habitat that shall support a constant-size of 100 hundred people but changing members for short-term visits to space and should be assembled by robotic agents. There are many questions that need not just answering but identification. As an Engineering system that needs research and development, we can identify the questions as purely driven by two stake-holders: 1. Research Funding: 1. Who will build it? - Robots. 2.
