Military telescopes optical and radar 4. Hospital 5. Astronomy to monitor rockets to the moon 6. Living quarters 7. Zoological and botanical lab 8. Calculation machines 9. Maintainance facilities and HVAC ## Assembly sequence In-orbit Assembly assuming components would be prefabbed and tested on the ground. Then, broken into modules and transported to space for in-space assembly. 1. Inflatable inner section with plates clamped to sides after inflation to protect from meteors. 2. Airlock attached to pressurised hub for creating quarters for (eating sleeping working) astronauts. 3. Random parts but in correct order for assembly sent up- nylon tethers to prevent drift 4. Atomic reactor installed 5. Then three main spokes and rim are joined together  6. Dexterous manipulation to attach instruments etc 7. Then two small rocket motors to spin the wheel at 3 RPM.
