What are the attributes that matter to me in a co-founder? I think there are a variety of - **A dreamer and a doer**: A person who is both [[7 Autonomy is freedom from coercion]] and can put their own stamp on it by doing; this will automatically create ownership and initiative. They would not need to be chased after for their work nor would they feel under threat. - **A "but instead" person**: In my recent cofounder divorce, I was told that I want a "yes" person; I disagree with this but I also don't want a "no" person as the ones I have met are fundamentally pessimists. Further, both "yes" and "no" person can appear to be non-critical but can come up with lazy reasoning for their conclusions; in many cases, neither person has probably is less exposed to a certain idea/topic that they are agreeing or refuting. Most important, neither person is trying to be [[7 Autonomy is freedom from coercion]] or risking making a mistake; this means that they can not imagine futures that they live on or the impact of the things that they are making. On the other hand, the "but instead" person is someone who is what I would like to call a [[relative optimist]], which lies at the confluence of the [[absolute pessimist]] and [[absolute optimist]]. This person is once again, fundamentally, [[7 Autonomy is freedom from coercion]] and automatically someone I learn from as they bring a new view point. I am hoping that this person is automatcal #values
