- [Garry Kasparov](https://youtu.be/6HSKz5HQ_3Q) says Google (26 minutes or so) has people with highest IQs so I thought: - what is the slope of Intelligence development from education/higher ed - same slope for creativity at entry and exit from education - then do this for other large orgs. - My bet is being in large orgs with high avg. IQ of employees doesn't necessarily keep that slope trending upwards. - How does this happen? - bigger pay on less creative tasks - more responsibilities taking away time? I am not so sure about this because at lower pay, the avg phd student probably cooks/does laundry etc. - More manager tasks at work - This is how you don't get improvements in speed of travel but get improvments in speed of information. - I content that understanding where this slope drops off and examining it deeper would tell you where intelligence and creativity stops even if it doesn't tell you where it comes from. #riskywork
